Problems - Solutions

Even when you're thinking positive some problems feel very hard to solve.
We may feel depressed and helpless when seeing all negativity and troubles in the world.
Time for some more positive thinking!

I've recently cought myself worrying about lot's of stuff, and sometimes it is very tricky to stay focused.

We often tends to see ourselfs like victims of all kinds of events causing us stress and discurage. If we realise that all things that 'happens' is neutral and that we give them meaning with labels as "good" or "bad", then we could see the happening in an other perspective.

If we have the attitude to seek solutions and possibilities, many events would offer just that to us. But if we're trouble-oriented we will only see the problems. What we focus at grows.

Use your problems to define what you DO want, and then focus on what you want, think it is possible and it will be! You will find the solution and see the possibility when it comes if your searching for it.

So don't waste time with worries of how to solve problems, spend your time takeing care of opportunities!

When your problem feels overwhelming, just take one step at a time. Do what you can do and have trust that many small steps will take you all the way!
And while you're at it; try to make each step as fun as possible, the road feels so much shorter then!


Stay positive, stay focused, think globally, act locally.
"We can do anything - we have even sent people to the moon!"
